Chef Paula hosted my holiday parties for 50+ people for the past 6 years and guests always raved about the food. Many people said it was the best, most creative party food they'd had. She was always the star of the party and I was so sad when she told me she was moving back to Northern Virginia. Their gain, my loss!

Chef Paula’s food was amazing from start to finish!! Everything was delicious and the portion sizes for our private dinner were just the right size from bite-sized hors d'oeuvres to a generous main course of braised beef. She was easy to work with, responsive and made requested menu substitutions based on our likes and dislikes. The food was fancy without being pretentious - our guests loved every course. We can’t wait to work with her again
