Chef’s Tasting Menu

An elevated, restaurant-style experience

• Multi-course tasting menu curated to your preferences and the season

• Small bites during cocktail hour, followed by plated courses and dessert

• Individually plated and served one course at a time

• Ideal for up to 12 guests

Chef fee: $225 per person

Family-Style Dinner

Relaxed, abundant, and beautifully prepared

• Fully customized menu served family-style

• Elevated but informal presentation

• Designed for connection and ease

• Suitable for up to 15 guests

Chef fee: $150 per person

Grazing-Style Gathering

Seasonal small bites for cocktail-style events

• Assortment of hot and cold small bites

• Stationary and/or passed selections

• Designed for mingling and casual dining

• Ideal for approximately 20–40 guests

Chef fee: $90 per person

Catering Delivery

A flexible, drop-off option

• À la carte catering delivered with heating instructions

• Ideal for casual gatherings or larger groups

• On-site chef service not included

What to Expect

  • Menu Planning: Customized menu proposal based on your preferences

  • Arrival: Chef arrives ~2 hours prior to service

  • Optional Cocktail Hour: Standing appetizers available

  • Service Length:

    • Family-style: 1.5–2 hours

    • Chef’s tasting: 2–2.5 hours

    • Grazing Style: 2-2.5 hours

  • Cleanup: Kitchen cleaned and packed up before departure

Food, Labor & Additional Details

• Food costs billed separately based on finalized menu

• Chef fee includes menu planning, sourcing, prep, on-site cooking, and kitchen cleanup

• Additional labor (assistants, servers, bartenders, extended service) not included

• Beverages, plates, and glassware provided by host

• Rentals, travel, taxes, and service fees not included unless noted

A minimum chef fee of $500 applies
