About Chef Paula

A fresh take on food

Chef Paula McDade brings 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a background that spans top kitchens in New York and San Francisco. Born in Korea and raised in Northern Virginia, she is committed to her local community. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in various culinary disciplines, including grocery management, butchery, pastry arts, front of house operations, and fine dining. In 2022, Chef Paula returned to the DC area to launch her own personal chef business, aiming to offer exceptional dining experiences that reflect her diverse culinary background.
