Do you provide table settings and serveware?

Clients are responsible for providing all table settings, glassware, decor and serveware (platters, serving utensils, etc) unless otherwise discussed. If you need help with table settings and rentals, I can connect you with someone who can guide you through the process.

How many courses are included in the price?

Each course is priced per person and is charged as cost of ingredients. The price of each course varies depending on the category (small bites, amuse bouche, appetizer, entrees, sides, and dessert.) A pricing guides are provided on the following pages.

How many courses are in a typical menu?

Every style of service includes 4 courses (hot and cold appetizers, entree, and dessert). Family style and coursed dinner include 2 small bites for cocktail hour before the meal begins. For a grazing style, you can choose up to 4 options. You can add-on more courses to any menu for an additional cost.

Do you provide alcohol?

I can provide suggestions for wine and cocktail pairings but I do not provide alcohol. My team and I can serve wine and alcohol that has been provided by the client if specifically requested, otherwise providing and serving beverages are the responsibility of the client. I am happy to connect you with a bartending service if desired.

How can I prepare my kitchen for Chef's arrival?

Please empty the dishwasher and trash can prior to Chef's arrival. Try to make some space in the refrigerator and the countertops. Set the table with glasses and silverware. Pull out any platters and utensils for serving.

How many hours do Chef and her team spend on an event?

Each event can vary based on the headcount, number of courses, and style of service. Most events require 6-8 hours of prep time, the headcount will determine how many extra hands are needed to complete the prep in that timeframe.

Drop-off: Chef will drop off meals with heating instructions. (1 hour)

Buffet or Grazing Style: Chef and sous chef will arrive 2 hours before serving the meal and maintain the buffet. 1 hour buffet. 1 hour cleanup. (4 hours)

Family Style Meal: Chef and team will arrive 2 hours before serving the meal. 1 hour cocktail hour with 2 small bites, followed by 4 courses served simultaneously. Meal typically lasts about 1.5-2 hours. 1-1.5 hour clean up. (6 hours)

Coursed Meal: Chef and team will arrive two hours before serving the meal. 1 hour cocktail hour with two small bites and 4 courses. Meal typically lasts about 2.5 hours. Two hours clean up. (8 hours)
