A fresh take on food
Chef Paula McDade has 20 years in the hospitality industry. Korean born and NoVa raised, she found her way to some of the top kitchens in New York and San Francisco. For the last seven years, Paula was the Executive Chef at Luke’s Local Grocery in San Francisco, which opened 2 markets. She returned to the DMV in 2022 to start her own personal chef business.
